KAPLAN CAREER INSTITUTE’S NASHVILLE CAMPUS HOSTS
GRADUATION CEREMONY
Ceremony to Recognize 297 Students
NASHVILLE, Tenn., December 1, 2010— Kaplan Career Institute’s Nashville campus will hold a graduation ceremony today for 297 students. The ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena, 3901 Granny White Pike.
The Nashville-based school will recognize students for earning an associate degree or diploma in one of five fields including allied health, criminal justice, dental, information technology or legal. Upon graduating, students may be eligible for entry-level positions in their field of study.
“In today’s economy, it is so important to pursue higher education to help attain your career goals,” said Adam Butler, president of the Nashville campus. “We look forward to seeing the positive impact our graduates will have on the Nashville community.”
According to the Occupational Employment Projections a report by the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, medical assistant positions are expected to increase by 26 percent between 2008 and 2018.
Kaplan Career Institute is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE). The COE is listed as a recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education.
