TESST College of Technology Campus Receives School of Excellence Award from ACCSC Accrediting Agency

BELTSVILLE, Md., Oct. 13, 2009—The TESST College of Technology Beltsville campus was honored with the School of Excellence award by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), the agency that accredits the campus.

The School of Excellence award recognizes a school that demonstrates a high-level of achievement among their students.  In order to be eligible for the award, a majority of the school’s graduation and employment rates for all programs offered must meet or exceed the average graduation and employment rates among all ACCSC-accredited institutions in order to be eligible for the award.

Additionally, the school must demonstrate a commitment to the expectations of an ACCSC accreditation; deliver quality educational programs to students, graduates and employers; complete the accreditation process without stipulations; and submit fees and reports required of an ACCSC accredited institution.

The TESST College of Technology Beltsville campus is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).  ACCSC is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education.
