Kaplan University’s Mason City Campus to Host Graduation Ceremony Friday
Ceremony to Recognize 43 Students
MASON CITY, Iowa, July 17, 2009—The Kaplan University Mason City campus will hold a graduation ceremony on Friday, July 17, for 43 students. The ceremony will take place at 7:00 p.m. at Music Man Square at 308 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Mason City, Iowa.
The Mason City-based campus will recognize students for earning bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees or diplomas in one of 11 programs in the allied health, arts and sciences, business or legal studies fields. According to the most recent Occupational Projections, a report by Iowa Workforce Development, Labor Market and Workforce Information Division, medical assistant positions are expected to increase by 33 percent and paralegal positions by 22.6 percent from 2006 to 2016.
The Kaplan University Mason City campus is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).
