    Bauder College to Host Graduation Ceremony for 107 Students on Friday

    ATLANTA, Jan. 11, 2008—The Bauder College Atlanta campus will host a graduation ceremony on Friday, Jan. 11, for 107 students.  The ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Ferst Center for the Arts at 39 Ferst Drive NW, Atlanta. Boy’s Designer for Lord and Taylor and Alum of Bauder College, Adrian Cawthron, will keynote the ceremony.

     

    Students will be recognized for earning bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees and certificates in one of 10 programs in the art, business, legal studies, allied health and computer technology fields.  Upon graduation, students may be eligible for entry-level positions in their field of study, many of which are in high demand throughout the state. According to the Statewide Long-Term Occupational Projections, a report by the Georgia Department of Labor, Workforce Information and Analysis Division, medical assistant positions are expected to increase by 54 percent, fashion design positions by 39.7 percent and interior design positions by 19.4 percent from 2004 to 2014.


    The Bauder College Atlanta campus is accredited the by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees and certificates.
